We’re looking for a true hunter/closer to grow relationships with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners for premium custom steel and wrought-iron projects. This is consultative sales: job walks, discovery, quoting strategy, and closing.
- Prospect and develop accounts (builders, GCs, designers, architects)
- Run discovery calls and site visits/job walks
- Build proposals with our estimating team and present them confidently
- Drive deals from lead → deposit → final approval, with strong follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and weekly forecast
- Coordinate with operations on lead times and customer expectations
- Grow repeat/referral business and account penetration- Have 2+ years in B2B/outside sales (construction/home improvement preferred) - Can manage a pipeline and hit activity + revenue targets
- Are comfortable with jobsite conversations and technical details
- Are disciplined with CRM and follow-up- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Strong English (Spanish is a plus)
- Comfortable with Microsoft/Google tools + CRM- Competitive base + uncapped commission - Warm inbound leads + ability to build your own book
