About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in commercial ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects. Public works experience is a plus, but not required.

As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects—delivering results on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements

•

Bachelor’s degree required

•

Minimum of 5 years total construction experience, including 2+ years as a Project Manager

•

Valid CA driver’s license

•

OSHA 10-hour certification and current CPR/First Aid training

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction management software

Preferred Experience

•

Ground-up construction and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects

•

Public works projects (not required, but a strong plus)

•

Familiarity with subcontractor negotiation, scheduling, RFIs, and project closeout

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead all aspects of the project from pre-construction through final closeout

•

Supervise project teams, including APMs, PEs, and field staff

•

Manage subcontractor buyout, scopes, and scheduling

•

Maintain accurate project documentation, submittals, and RFIs

•

Facilitate weekly team and OAC meetings

•

Oversee change orders, billing, and project tracking

•

Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures

•

Support recruiting, mentorship, and performance reviews for team members
