About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in commercial ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects. Public works experience is a plus, but not required.
As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects—delivering results on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree required
•Minimum of 5 years total construction experience, including 2+ years as a Project Manager
•Valid CA driver’s license
•OSHA 10-hour certification and current CPR/First Aid training
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction management software
Preferred Experience
•Ground-up construction and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
•Public works projects (not required, but a strong plus)
•Familiarity with subcontractor negotiation, scheduling, RFIs, and project closeout
Key Responsibilities
•Lead all aspects of the project from pre-construction through final closeout
•Supervise project teams, including APMs, PEs, and field staff
•Manage subcontractor buyout, scopes, and scheduling
•Maintain accurate project documentation, submittals, and RFIs
•Facilitate weekly team and OAC meetings
•Oversee change orders, billing, and project tracking
•Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures
•Support recruiting, mentorship, and performance reviews for team members
