Hands-On Construction Project Manager
We are a building solutions company in the exciting process of launching a modular home factory. This role offers consistent hours, minimal travel and significant opportunities for growth.*
Responsibilities
•
Proficiency in all stages of the residential building process, including finishes and final punch out.
•
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to evolving needs.
•
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timelines, quality standards and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
•
Ensure compliance with contracts and blueprints while monitoring site activities.
•
Collaborate with subcontractors and inspectors to facilitate effective communication.
•
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in construction management and project coordination.
•
Strong project scheduling and time management skills.
•
Ability to read blueprints.
•
Experience working on construction and managing teams
Job Type: Full-time
