General daily tasks include:
Perform welcome calls and communicate our billing processes to customers.
Explaining financing options from 3rd party lenders with customers.
Creating customer invoices in accounting System (Quickbooks Online).
Reviewing production software instructions and notes as well as contract documents for details.
Answering customer questions over the phone and via email about billing matters.
Recording payments and submitting funding requests from lenders.
Following up with customers about outstanding balances.
Filing liens and forwarding balances to collections when necessary.
Auditing projects for accuracy.
Creating reports related to assigned tasks.
Misc. admin and other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Associates degree or above in accounting preferred.
2+ years of previous accounting experience.Excel experience.
Microsoft Office experience.
Quickbooks Online experience.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
High attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
