Responsible for providing expertise, analysis and solutions to complex billing related to but not limited to complex electric and gas standard billing, regulatory processes and technical problems with a focus on improving operational effectiveness and excellence. The Supervisor Complex Billing would oversee and lead a team with in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex billing processes, inclusive of multi meter billing, interval data, and the systems to support the tasks.
