Communications Consultant
to help shape the employee experience through impactful internal communications that drive understanding, connection, and alignment.
In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders—developing and executing communication strategies that support business priorities, lead employees through change, and build a shared sense of purpose. From launching enterprise initiatives to supporting department-level messaging, your work will ensure our 6,000+ employees are informed, engaged, and inspired.
What your day might look like:
•Collaborating with executives and department leaders to craft messaging for business priorities, transformation efforts, or employee engagement campaigns.
•Writing polished, compelling content for intranet posts, leadership updates, change announcements, talking points, and internal presentations.
•Managing communications calendars and partnering with change management and HR teams to support initiatives that improve employee experience.
•Maintaining and updating internal communication platforms (like SharePoint), ensuring content is timely, engaging, and brand-aligned.
•Advising senior leaders on communications best practices and helping them translate strategy into action through clear messaging.
•Measuring the effectiveness of communications and refining approaches based on feedback and analytics.

•Has exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complex topics.
•Is confident and diplomatic when working with executives and cross-functional partners.
•Understands how to drive alignment, clarity, and culture through internal communications.
•Brings experience with digital communication tools, including SharePoint, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
•Has a strong executive presence and the strategic mindset to influence and guide senior stakeholders.

Communications Consultant | Internal Communications & Employee Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Communications or related field
five (5) years related writing/editing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, software application skills including word processing and desktop publishing, and solid project management skills.
Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications
•Excellent writing/editing/storytelling ability, strategic thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
•Ability to develop strategic communication plans.
•Excellent project management skills.
•Experience with multimedia communications is a plus.
•Experience managing communication platforms using SharePoint, Embark and other software applications.
•Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms, including intranets, Microsoft Office and content management systems.
