Communications Specialist

The Marketing Team works to bring Luck Companies’ people-focused brand to life for our associates, customers, partners and communities.

The Communication Specialist is responsible for helping our team communicate about all of the business and mission-critical initiatives that contribute to Luck Companies’ culture and success. This individual will work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to lead and execute corporate and business unit communications. They will provide executive communication counsel and related writing support. They will also develop creative writing and storytelling that helps illustrate the perspectives and experiences of our associates. In addition, they will lead in the development of strategic communication plans, ensuring that our approach and related messaging align with company objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Education Major: English, Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field

Work Experience: 5+ years of direct relevant experience
