Description / 岗位描述

We are establishing a precision machining workshop in Richmond, BC. Selected technicians will receive four months of paid training in China to master specialized equipment and processes.

Responsibilities / 主要职责

- Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machining equipment.

- Assist with calibrations, quality checks, and inspections.

- Ensure product quality using gauges and measurement tools.

- Work with engineers and supervisors to maintain production flow.

Requirements / 任职要求

- Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese 普通话 (English not required).

必须精通普通话（无需英语能力）。

- Must be Permanent Resident (PR) or Canadian Citizen.

必须持有加拿大永久居民身份或公民身份。

- Knowledge or experience in CNC machining preferred.

- Careful, detail-oriented, and able to follow precise instructions.

- Willing to travel to China for 4-month paid training.

Compensation & Benefits / 薪资与福利

- Benefit/福利：Upon Inception/ 入职即起

- Hourly wage: TBD / 时薪：面谈

- All training expenses in China covered: flights, accommodations, stipend.
