Experienced CNC Operator/Machinist

FIRST SHIFT POSITION6 A.M. -2 P.M. MONDAY-FRIDAY

must be able to maker tool changes and offsets

a: Receives daily job assignments and instruction from Project Manager

b: Performs continuous inspection while recording inspection results once per hour per QSWI work instructions

c: Maintains tooling per QP1170-insert data change, Process LayoutQP 1170-1/QP1170-2, checks parts after insert changes, machine offsets or program modification to insure results of adjustment

d: Performs Machine offsets per QP1170-1 Process Layout/QP1170-2

e: Reports quality or machine problems immediately to project manager

f: Insures containers have been properly tagged and identified, as required, insures containers have accurate part counts affixed, when applicable

g: Keeps work area neat and clean during production

h: Performs all QP1410-2 Preventative Maintenance per posted machine schedule

i: Offers suggestions to speed up or improve machining operation or secondary procedures

j: Ability to use basic Inspection Equipment such as Micrometers and Calipers

k: Ability to read basic blueprints

l: Responsible to fill out time cards and any required QMS documents, accurately and completely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
