How You’ll Make An Impact
- Write and refine CNC programs for advanced manufacturing tasks
- Interpret technical drawings and translate them into executable code
- Select tools, machines, and materials tailored to each project
- Test and adjust programs to maximize performance and quality
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and innovate
- Maintain detailed documentation for machine specs and programming notes
- Stay current with new software and equipment training
- Uphold safety standards and contribute to a secure work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred
- Certification in CNC programming or operations is a plus
- Proficiency in CAM software and blueprint interpretation
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
