Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing Client Service Associate to join our team to deliver Energy Data-as-a-Service as we grow in the Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois regions.

Goals

•

Provide high level customer support in electrical energy optimization for schools and industrial/commercial customers.

•

Collaborate in our team culture to drive positive results

•

Use custom software to analyze data for energy savings.

•

Once trained, Client Service Associates make their own schedules to meet and provide energy savings recommendations to their customers.

•

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and energy goals

Requirements

•

At least 2 years of successful experience as a customer service representative.

•

Must possess technical knowledge in commercial/industrial electrical or commercial/industrial HVAC

•

We will train the highly motivated individual in both product knowledge and client services role.

•

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of an organization.

•

Local travel to monthly customer meetings is required.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
