Position Overview: As a Chain Hooker Support daily production needs of overhead crane operation and the metal pouring crew, rigging of lifting devices and daily inspection of all lifting chains and slings.

SHIFT: 1st Shift PAY: $23.68

Purpose Statement:

Support daily production needs of overhead crane operation and the metal pouring crew, rigging of lifting devices and daily inspection of all lifting chains and slings.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Following production schedule to align with molds being produced

- Following established process instructions

- Setting up patterns, rigging equipment and flasks,

- Rigging required lifts according to production schedule

- Alert lead of any maintenance needs

- Recommend process improvements

- Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area other duties as assigned

Key Selection Criteria

- High School Diploma/GED

- Excellent hand eye coordination

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Ability to work with others
