CAD Tooling Designer

Hoosier Pattern is seeking a dynamic CAD Tooling Designer to join our team and drive the development of detailed mechanical tooling and system designs. Essential Functions:

- Create 3D models from supplied customer specifications

- Model fully parametric tooling assemblies with the latest Cimatron software

- Create BOM’s and work instructions

- Communicate with customers and build relationships

- Complete tasks in a timely manner

- Work with team members to diagnose problems and develop creative solutions

Work Environment:

This position operates in an office environment.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am.

Travel

This position requires minimal travel.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in 3D CAD Design required.

Other Duties

Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
