The Business Operations Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Oceaneering’s hiring efforts by managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and recruiting operations. This role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams while maintaining compliance and efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and time zones.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support job postings, requisition tracking, and candidate pipeline reporting.
- Assist recruiters with offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and process alignment.
- Represent Oceaneering at career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
- High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., TALEO, ORACLE).
- Familiarity with government contracting or defense industry recruiting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

Annualized pay rate for this position : $53,975 - $73,025.
