Administrative Operations Coordinator

Cheney is a sheet metal and anchor fabrication business with a specialty in commercial construction products including building envelope waterproofing, masonry anchors and roofing. Cheney is subsidiary of US Masonry and Building Products.

The right candidate would be able:

- working with the President and Senior Vice President to assist with daily operations across the entire portfolio of businesses

- daily front office operations

- managing customer relationships

- quoting projects, tracking receivables and payables, and similar duties

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:

- ability to interact with a variety of personnel and communicate effectively

- strong attention to detail

- computer proficiency

- interest in small business, manufacturing, construction, and/or business optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
