Business Development Manager - Northern California (REMOTE)

This is fully remote role based out of Northern California, with travel as needed.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving rapid growth by achieving aggressive sales targets within the Northern California region. This role involves identifying, securing, and growing new customers within Northern California. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, developing new products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone with a builder mindset that is looking forward to demonstrating their ability to build and grow a regional territory above market levels.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD + bonus

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
