Description

We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.
Responsible for development of equipment sales, service & construction opportunities in the assigned region(s). Develop new markets that are capable of sustainable on-going portfolio offerings.
Job Duties•Direct account management for assigned customers.
•Responsible for customer relationship and business development in assigned region.
•Works closely with other functional areas to ensure an aligned approach in the region to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved.
•Welcomes involvement of other Company personnel to assist in sales efforts as needed.
•Participates in specific sales initiatives and account activities.
•Provide support to outside sales professionals and customer service representatives as required.
•Must work as a team player with entire sales team as well as other functional areas.
•Must have good working knowledge of ERP system as well as vendor order systems.
•Must be knowledgeable of product offering, including attending and completing certain educational certification courses.
•Assist in development and execution of a market plan to drive market share growth, and to identify and target specific new customers. Identify resources needed to promote market growth and build business case to support the strategy.
•Advocate compliance with all company policies and procedures.
•Assist with accounts receivables are responded to efficiently and timely.
•The preceding responsibilities encompass the general requirements of the position and may not be all inclusive of a position’s requirements.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High school diploma or GED required
•Strategic business mindset.
•Ability to travel as needed.
•Must have minimal of 5 to 8 years of prior experience in petroleum equipment industry. Sales & sales management experience desired.
•Strong customer relations skills needed.
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
•PC proficiency in MS Office and proven ability within an ERP environment.
•Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
•Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
•Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
