Job Overview

Trussworks, located in Marion Iowa, is growing and looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper to join out team.

Duties

Weekly follow up with customers having past due accounts receivable balance.

Perform account reconciliation for our credit card account once a month.

Enter vendor bills and credit card transactions into Quickbooks.

Maintain proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop to streamline bookkeeping processes.

Other accounting related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop is essential.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
