Looking for someone with Quickbooks pro & microsoft excel experience.
Job responsibilities include: A/P, A/R, Weekly timesheets, W/c&G/l audit, filing, customer estimates, etc. Any and all day to day tasks involved in running the company. Must know how to reconcile bank accounts and prepare finanical reports.
Also responsible with keeping track of owners personal bills, doing returns, running errands and travel arrangements.
Right now, it is just a 3 day a week job Monday, Tuesday & Friday 7:30-1pm, but there may be times when you will be asked to work more days a week.
Past history in the construction industry is a plus, but not necessary.
Must speak english and have a reliable vehicle.
