As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with accounting expertise to join our team and help manage our financial operations. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations • Support external audits and liaise with accountants as needed • Monitor inventory costs and manufacturing expenses to ensure accurate reporting • Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency Qualifications • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant (manufacturing industry experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Intuit Enterprise Suite, or similar) • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills for collaborating with management and external partners What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Health, dental, and vision benefits • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for professional growth within a stable and expanding company • Regular business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.43 - $25.81 per hour
