Ce que vous ferez

Le ou la concepteur(trice) pédagogique bilingue joue un rôle clé dans la conception et le développement de nos programmes et contenus de formation. En étroite collaboration avec des experts de contenu, des développeurs et divers intervenants, la personne titulaire du poste concevra, développera et mettra en œuvre du contenu pédagogique en français et en anglais, répondant aux besoins du public cible et aligné sur les objectifs de formation de l’entreprise.

Ce rôle s’adresse à une personne créative possédant une solide compréhension des principes de conception pédagogique, des théories de l’apprentissage et des technologies de formation.


Votre impact

- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin d’identifier les besoins de formation, définir les objectifs d’apprentissage, les exigences des projets et les résultats attendus.

- Analyser les besoins afin de déterminer les solutions d’apprentissage les plus efficaces pour combler les écarts de connaissances et/ou de performance.

- Effectuer des recherches pédagogiques et analyser les profils des apprenants et les contextes d’apprentissage.

- Concevoir des activités d’apprentissage engageantes et du contenu de formation percutant favorisant la rétention et le transfert des connaissances (modules eLearning, vidéos, simulations, évaluations et autres contenus multimédias).

- Développer des exercices et activités favorisant l’apprentissage.

- Établir des critères d’évaluation de la performance des apprenants et développer des méthodes d’évaluation pour mesurer l’efficacité des formations et des programmes.

- Animer et diriger des formations pilotes ainsi que des séances de formation des formateurs (Train-the-Trainer).

- Maintenir un dépôt centralisé des contenus et assurer leur publication dans le système de gestion de l’apprentissage.

- Appliquer les principes de l’apprentissage des adultes afin de sélectionner les modes de diffusion les plus appropriés : eLearning, formation autonome, formation en classe, formation virtuelle dirigée ou microapprentissage.

- S’assurer que les contenus de formation sont linguistiquement et culturellement adaptés à la main-d’œuvre du Québec et du Canada, et conformes aux exigences linguistiques applicables.

- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour gérer les échéanciers, les livrables et les priorités des projets.

- Communiquer l’avancement des projets, identifier les risques potentiels et proposer des plans d’action au besoin.

- Analyser les données de complétion de formation et produire des rapports et des analyses pour les parties prenantes.


Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes

- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (obligatoire).

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en conception et gestion de projets de formation en ligne, vidéo ou virtuelle, idéalement en milieu corporatif ou éducatif.

- Solide connaissance et application des théories de l’apprentissage des adultes, de la planification de programmes, de l’analyse des besoins de formation, de la conception pédagogique, des méthodologies de formation, des technologies d’apprentissage et des stratégies d’évaluation.

- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en conception pédagogique, technologies éducatives, design multimédia, développement de programmes ou domaine connexe fortement apprécié.


Compétences techniques

- Outils de conception : Maîtrise des outils de création de contenu tels qu’Articulate 360 (Storyline et Rise) requise.

- Systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS) : Bonne connaissance des logiciels de développement de cours et expérience avec au moins un LMS majeur (ex. : Docebo, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).

- Multimédia / Vidéo : Maîtrise de logiciels de montage vidéo tels que Vyond, Camtasia ou équivalent.

- Suites bureautiques : Expérience avec Google Workspace ou Microsoft 365.

- Capacité à créer du matériel pédagogique complet : guides du formateur et du participant, évaluations, plans de certification, aides-mémoire et autres documents de soutien.

- Compétences intermédiaires en Excel/Google Sheets pour l’analyse de données et la production de rapports.

- Une expérience en rédaction technique, en design graphique ou en développement eLearning avancé constitue un atout.

What You'll Do:

The Bilingual Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in the design and development of our training materials and programs. Working closely with subject matter experts, content developers, and other stakeholders, the Instructional Designer will design, develop, and implement instructional content in both English and French that meets the needs of our target audience and aligns with our business training objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and instructional technologies.


How you'll make an impact:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, define learning objectives, project requirements, and desired outcomes.

- Analyze needs to determine effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the target audience.

- Conduct instructional research and analysis of learners and contexts.

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, assessments, and other multimedia content.

- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.

- Develop criteria used to judge a learner’s performance and develop assessment methods to measure effectiveness of courses/curriculum.

- Facilitate and lead Pilot training and Train-the-Trainer sessions for various programs.

- Maintain a central repository of content files and its publication on the Learning Management System (LMS).

- Apply Adult Learning principles to select optimal training delivery methods, including eLearning, Self-Paced Training, Instructor-Led Training, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, or Micro-Learning.

- Ensure training materials are linguistically and culturally appropriate for our workforce in Quebec and across Canada, complying with relevant language requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, and deliverables.

- Communicate project progress and potential risks, devising action plans as necessary.

- Ability to work on training completion data and report back analytics to the stakeholders.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

- Fluency in English and French Languages is a must (written and verbal).

- 3-5 years of experience designing and managing the development of web-based, video based, or virtual learning, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

- Knowledge and application of adult learning theory, curriculum planning, training needs analysis, instructional design, training methodologies, learning technologies, and evaluation strategies.

- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design, curriculum development or a related field highly valued.


Technical Proficiencies

- Authoring Tools: Proficiency with course authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) is required.

- Learning Management Systems (LMS): Solid knowledge of course development software and experience with at least one major LMS (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Success Factors).

- Multimedia/Video: Proficiency with Video Editing Software such as Vyond, Camtasia, or equivalent tools.

- Productivity Suites: Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

- Ability to create comprehensive learning materials including facilitator/instructor and participant manuals, assessments, certification plans, job aids, and other documentation.

- Intermediate skills in Excel for data analysis and reports.

- Experience in technical writing, graphic design, or advanced eLearning development is considered an asset.
