Property Manager

Red Stick Brothers Properties is a locally owned Property Management Company. Specializing in Single Family Homes and small Multi Family properties. From Low Income-Section 8 to class A properties.

We are looking for experienced office support. Must be proficient with Property Management Software (preferably Buildium), Excel, Outlook, and just basic computer systems in general. Job will be wide ranging. From answering phones, preparing leases, rent collection, collection calls, evictions, maintenance calls and maintenance assignments.

Must be motivated and have a natural enjoyment for work. We are a small company, but a growing company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
