Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of affordable housing communities in Washington, D.C., ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing programs such as HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8, along with excellent leadership and customer service skills.
