Description:
CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Lifestyle Manager primarily responsible for Lifestyle Program administration and oversight, and to assist with other management responsibilities of a community in the Lancaster, SC area.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule with some nights and weekends required.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
•Plan, organize, and provide oversight to a diverse range and full calendar of community events and activities
•Develop and manage the annual budget for lifestyle programming, including vendor negotiations and securing sponsorships
•Collaborate with Board designates, community committees and volunteers to promote and implement events and activities
•Plan and provide oversight to wellness programs that promote healthy living among community members
•Oversee maintenance, reservations and rentals of community amenities used for events and activities
•Engage with community members, gathering feedback on past events and suggestions for future programming to ensure alignment with community interests.
•Evaluate the success of lifestyle programming for periodic reporting to the Board of Directors.
•Maintain communications to homeowners and calendaring of events and activities
Assist Lifestyle Manager in all aspects of community operations and administrative needs, (i.e., preparing reports & implementing directives for Board of Directors, vendor management, FOB processing, resident inquiries, etc.)*
