Job Summary

•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations issues effectively.

•Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and best HR practices.
•Analyze HR metrics to assess workforce trends and support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
•Serve as a change agent, effectively managing organizational change processes and enhancements to HR systems and practices.
•Lead a dedicated HR team, fostering professional growth and development.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree and/or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
