Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Co-Founder and Managing Director. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to managing personal tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted aide, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and seamless support for the Co-Founder and his family.
Employment Type: Contractor or Salaried
Location: Plano or Allen, TX (on-site, with flexibility for occasional travel/errands in Dallas)
Note: Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for this role. Applicants must be fluent in reading and speaking both languages.
Application Process:
•First Interview Round: Video interview to assess qualifications and experience.
•Second Round – Paid Assignment: Candidates will receive a practical assignment to demonstrate their skills.
•Each candidate who submits a completed assignment will receive a $50 Amazon coupon.
•Final Round: In-person interview.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate personal and family-related tasks, ensuring efficiency and organization.
•Provide well-researched options and recommendations for purchases, travel arrangements, and event planning.
•Handle ad-hoc errands and personal tasks as required by the Co-Founder or family members.
•Assist in organizing household and personal affairs, ensuring smooth operations.
•Coordinate with vendors and service providers for personal needs, such as home maintenance, reservations, and purchases.
•Drive the principal as needed for appointments, meetings, or travel.
•Take care of the Co-Founder’s parents and children, ensuring their needs are met.
•Handle domestic errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and vehicle servicing.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
•Exceptional multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
•Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
•Flexibility to accommodate dynamic schedules, including evenings, weekends, and travel, as needed.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
•Knowledge of the Dallas and Houston areas for efficient errand and appointment management.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
Compensation:
•Option 1: Competitive salary + benefits (for salaried employees)
•Option 2: Hourly/project-based rate (for contractors)
