Prairie Battery is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service while achieving operational goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.
Duties
•Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure procedures are followed.
•Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
•Manage inventory levels.
•Customer retention and new customer acquisition.
•Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
•Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
•Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills
•Strong background in retail management with proven supervisory experience.
•Customer service and Sales background.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
•Knowledge of market trends.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring efficient operations.
