We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all client paperwork is processed efficiently, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout their project. This position also includes responsibilities in marketing, appointment scheduling, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
•Client Communication & Experience Management:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
•Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide project updates and ensure a seamless experience.
•Proactively gather feedback and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
•Process and organize all client paperwork accurately and efficiently.
•Ensure all contracts, permits, and necessary documentation are completed and filed appropriately.
•Work closely with the project management team to ensure construction schedules are up to date.
•Communicate project timelines and any potential changes to clients in a timely manner.
•Assist in executing marketing initiatives to generate leads and promote our services.
•Help with social media updates, email campaigns, and customer outreach efforts.
•Scheduling & Lead Management:
•Schedule appointments with new leads and follow up to convert prospects into clients.
•Manage the lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and scheduling of consultations.

Qualifications
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•Proven customer support and client services experience
•Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
•Experience in call center operations and outbound calling
•Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
•Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
•Administrative experience and management capabilities are preferred
