Activités


RETIA – Finance & Procurement

Payment Management: Process LSS & Arkema Amerique monthly cash payments, intercompany wire transfers, and utilities/legal/government/tax invoices.
Invoice & Vendor Processing: Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensure accurate vendor data, and process daily invoices in ENFOS and SAP to facilitate timely payments while ensuring compliance to SOX and Group’s rules.
Revenue Support: act as a liaison between RETIA and affiliates for invoice distribution and payment receipts. Follow up on outstanding invoices from affiliates.
Procurement Support: Prepare purchasing documents, goods receipts, and ensure aging POs are researched and closed out per Group’s guidelines.
System & Training Support: Provide SAP & ENFOS training/troubleshooting for RETIA & HSE staff; stay updated on system upgrades. Resolve interface issues between SAP and ENFOS.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with internal teams for all matters concerning accounts payable, funding, and month-end duties.
Problem Resolution: Address purchasing and payment issues promptly and support ad-hoc projects as needed. Sort and act on daily incoming mails, including distribution or paying to the appropriate vendors.


HSSE – Finance & Administration

Administrative Support: Provide essential support to Product Stewardship and Transportation Safety teams, helping them drive key safety initiatives.
Office Coordination: Manage calendars, travel plans, supply orders, & meeting logistics; ensuring smooth operations.
Meeting & Event Planning: assist in organizing Town Halls, business reviews, & training sessions; handling minutes & follow-ups.
Process Improvement: Maintain organization charts, coordinate office moves and optimize administrative workflows.
Performs additional duties as assigned by RETIA and HSSE.


Profil du candidat

Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree; Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. + Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience required; experience with purchase to pay, accounts payable, & familiarity with budgets strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (power user a plus), Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint;
Key Competencies: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, adaptability, flexibility, and interpersonal skills with a professional and enthusiastic approach.
Integrity & Confidentiality: High ethical standards, business judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
