This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing and overseeing the daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functionality and efficiency. The role involves a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and records, supporting HR onboarding processes and serving as a liaison between departments and external parties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, maintaining records and databases
- Assisting HR onboarding process and benefits administration
- Assisting with branch office responsibilities, as needed
- Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, providing back up to switchboard, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing correspondence and maintaining database records.
