Job Description

We seek an energetic, communicative, and responsible person to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting our leadership group, assisting with daily office needs, managing some of our company’s general administrative activities, compiling data and preparing environmental reports, and frequently inputting data into the company’s digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Compiling data / documentation for environmental report creation

- Tracking of various data points involving project reporting

- Preparation of project reports, compiling appropriate data from project files

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures when instructed

- Must be committed to the overall success of the company

- Must have sound decision-making skills


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

- Proven experience in an administrative role

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Basic technology skills required

- Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e., computers and printers

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


Education/Experience/Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required

- A minimum of (2) two years of relevant experience in an administrative position is required


Additional Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Outlook, and Teams, as well as with any downstream O&G industry experience, is a plus.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
