Lease Administrator

• - Input, maintain, and update data in specialized land software
• - Generate monthly rental, expiration, and obligation reports to ensure compliance with lease obligations
• - Create exhibits, reports, and Excel spreadsheets for management, landmen, and accounting teams
• - Research ownership through company files and online resources
• - Communicate with land/mineral owners, agencies, and stakeholders
• - Train co-workers on specialized land software and provide support as needed

• - Bachelor’s degree required
• - 3–5 years’ experience in title research and oil & gas lease records
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and specialized land management software
• - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• - Knowledge of oil & gas land administration, lease/contract law, and related regulations

• - Office-based role in a professional, collaborative environment

- Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
