- Provide administrative support across multiple business functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Welcome new customers by preparing and delivering thoughtfully designed welcome packets that introduce them to NOCO’s services, values, and support.
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments and customer presentations efficiently and accurately.
- Support the delivery of our Preferred Partner benefit, helping customers unlock added value and strengthen their relationship with NOCO.
- Assist with projects, communications, and documentation as directed by business leaders.
- Support the Business Excellence department with project management tasks and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Maintain detailed records of all communications, appointments, and interactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Offer coverage for front desk/reception responsibilities as needed to ensure a professional environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve scheduling or communication issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and sales staff.
- Proactively anticipate needs and contribute without waiting to be asked.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support company operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
- Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
