Administrative Assistant
Summary:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Hydro Resources Mid Continent, Inc – Sunray location. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in their efforts to properly execute the activities of the Company while maintaining a professional, orderly, and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
•Answer phones, sort mail, and handle office packages.
•Record purchase orders and receipt of goods and match to vendor invoices.
•Match receipts to credit card transactions and record proper coding.
•Annual benefit open enrollment paperwork coordination.
•Time sheet review and vacation/PTO reconciling.
•Prepare certified payrolls for prevailing wage projects.
•Vehicle registrations/tags.
•Other administrative duties.
•Maintains strict confidentiality of all privileged information.
•Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
•4+ years of experience in similar role.
•Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint Online.
•Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning accounting system like Microsoft Dynamics SL and an HR/Payroll software like ADP.
•Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience in Construction or Oilfield Services preferred.
