TTL is searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform admin tasks to support our Nashville office. This role will assist the Office Manager in facilitating the orderly and business-like operation of the office. Typical duties include working closely with project management staff and the corporate accounting department on timekeeping, projects, billing, schedule tracking, and maintaining department calendars. Additional duties include receptionist tasks including phone coverage, greeting clients and guests, and set up for client meetings. This position will report to the Office Manager and assist all departments as needed.
