Banton Construction Company seeks to immediately hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a position that offers tremendous growth potential for the right candidate.
This is a 40-hour per week, 100% in-person position, and the candidate will report to our main office location in North Haven, Connecticut.
The position calls for a diverse range of administrative duties and will provide the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on all aspects of the company. The role will include front desk management, schedule and meeting coordination, company event planning, marketing project coordination, office supply management, and an array of clerical, accounting and human resources related assignments.
The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to work independently, while communicating effectively within a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required. Knowledge of Canva (or a similar graphic design program) is strongly preferred.

Pay: From $20 - 28 per hour depending on experience level. Salary is negotiable and based upon experience/qualifications. We also offer a competitive Benefits Package.
