We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant at EAPC. EAPC Architects Engineers is an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm.
As an Administrative Assistant at EAPC, you will:
•Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling incoming calls and correspondence
•Provide welcoming and helpful support toward staff, visitors, and clients
•Perform general clerical duties such as typing, copying, faxing, scanning, mailing, and mail distribution
•Responsible for reconciliation of P-card statements, and expenses (printing, mileage, and postage logs reported to the accounting dept.)
•Schedule, prepare the agenda, and coordinate food/beverages for meetings as needed
•Help maintain public office calendars, office staff calendars, meeting room calendars, and office vehicle calendars using Microsoft Outlook and Teams for Business
•Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
•Perform light office cleaning as needed
•Type proposal letters and professional service agreements
•Track and schedule company car maintenance
•Foster a culture of respect and promote positive peer relationships
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalency required
•Administrative or assistant experience preferred
•Proficiency with computers and MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational and planning skills
•Strong interpersonal skills with
•Ability to work as a productive team member
•Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
This is a part-time (20 hours per week), non-benefitted position that will report directly to the Office Manager.
