Job Overview
Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is a growing oilfield company looking for an extremely motivated administrative assistant to join our team. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment based out of our Andrews, TX office.
This position will play an important role in the day-to-day operations and will work closely with the other administrative team members, field supervisors and management. Tasks are computer-intensive, requiring strong attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Relevant duties will include but are not limited to:
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Accurately invoice large volumes of invoices monthly
•Obtain required information to accurately process field tickets
•Manually enter paper tickets to be invoiced
•Work closely with team members to get resolution on missing information
•Regularly follow up on approvals or missing data
•Strictly adhere to month end deadlines for AR processing
•Accurately maintain electronic files so they remain updated and easily accessible
•Provide monthly accrual information
•Maintain up to date pricing for customers
•Provide customer inspection books as required by field supervisors
•Update customer required databases
•Assist in various tasks as requested by team members and management
•Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
•Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
•Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing,
spreadsheet creation etc.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
•Must have 2+ years’ invoicing experience - Oil and Gas Industry preferred
•Must be able to communicate effectively & professionally with all team members
•Must be highly organized and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
•Ability to learn new online operating systems required to perform the tasks associated with the job
•Possess excellent organizational skills and must be self-motivated
•Proficiency in using Outlook (E-mail), attaching files, forwarding, corresponding timely in a
professional and courteous manner
•Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
•Duties associated with this position are subject to change, candidates need to be adaptable and
willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise
•A valid Driver’s License is required
•Qualified to work in the US
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
