In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, greeting guests, handling office supplies, coordinating mail and courier packages, and providing invaluable administrative support to various departments.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Answers and directs all incoming calls on multiple line phone system.
Directs general inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Interfaces with guests and provides notification of their arrival/directs them to the appropriate location.
Ordering office supplies as required.
Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and shipping vendors.
Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounting divisions:
Filing
Data entry
Assists with customs documentation required for import clearances and exports.
Scanning and filing electronic documents.
Maintains timely, effective communication with customers, vendors, and company personnel.
Cross trains on other department responsibilities and provides backup.
Performs various office maintenance and administrative support duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to multitask.


· Superior customer service skills.

· 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment preferred.

· The ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.


· Working knowledge of MS Office.

· Self- starter attitude, positive work ethic, and a willingness to learn and ask questions.

· Ability to understand, learn, and effectively utilize new software applications is required.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, efficiently in a professional manner with both internal and external clients.


Position Requirements

Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) or related training and experience.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18.11-$27.09 per hour


Expected hours: 37.5 per week
