ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This Administrative Assistant role in our Miami FL office supports day-to-day operations through data entry, filing, and Excel reporting. This is an ideal position for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail. This position offers a valuable opportunity to build a solid administrative foundation and grow within a supportive team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Support Excel reporting
Organize office supplies
Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as faxing, printing, and filing
Support team as needed to meet office goals
Work in a team environment to accomplish daily goals
Perform miscellaneous duties assigned


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, PDFs, Outlook,
Strong data entry skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required
The physical activity required for this role includes:
+ Sitting for extended periods in an office environment + Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching + Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment + Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
