Administrative Assistant

Smith Electrical Contractors, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team.

-Answer the phones, provide excellent customer service, and respond to emails and text messages.

-Assist our team with managing electrical projects and with office operations.

-Begin immediately

-Full time (7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday) with opportunities for over time

-$20 per hour, health insurance, 401K

-Must have strong computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Calendar/Docs/Drive/Sheets, smart phone texting and pictures, and the Internet. QuickBooks experience a plus!

Smith Electrical Contractors, Inc. is a well-established electrical contractor in the San Diego area. Most of our work involves residential service, remodel work, main panel upgrades, electric vehicle charger installations, and solar power installation.
