Your Role: Accounts Payable Coordinator
What You’ll Do
- Receiving, processing, and paying vendor invoices
- Communicating professionally with vendors and internal teams
- Assisting with weekly vendor payment runs and purchase order matching
- Importing data between accounting systems
- Explaining and supporting the invoice approval process
- Reviewing and processing employee expenses
- Managing calls and emails related to AP with a problem-solving mindset- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- 2 years of accounts payable experience (or a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience)
- Basic understanding of accounting periods, deadlines, and standard payment terms
- Familiarity with construction accounting (retention) and purchasing processes
- Strong communication and math skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
