Accounts Payable Clerk – Port Coquitlam, BC
As an Accounts Payable Clerk at CIMS LP, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by providing financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.
You will report to the Accounts Payable Lead and be accountable for:
- Conducting all daily and monthly Accounts Payable activities.
- Supporting all monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
- Supporting financial planning and budgeting processes.
A successful candidate would be an individual who:
- Has completed a 2- or 3-year college program in business administration or has 2 years of hands-on experience in the accounting field, or a combination of the two.
- Is proficient in computer Office Suite applications i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Has experience with High Volume Accounts Payable.
Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:
- An office environment, high stress situations (i.e. collections, investigations and meeting deadlines).
