Job description
Accounts Payable Specialists assist companies with invoicing and billing.
JOB DUTIES:
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
•Resolve discrepancies with invoices, purchase orders, and payments
•Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
•Ensuring bills paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
•Processing due invoices for payments
•Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Entry Level position
•Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent time management skills
•Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
•High Attention to detail
•Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
