ClearBlue Infrastructure Group is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accounting Specialist to support our growing portfolio of high-impact infrastructure and construction projects across the United States. This full-time, remote position is ideal for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, especially within a construction or project-based environment.

As a key member of our finance team, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintain clean project books, and keep our cash flow running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions including invoice entry, billing, and payment processing.

- Track and reconcile financial transactions in Spectrum and other systems (e.g., Procore).

- Maintain up-to-date job costing records for multiple projects.

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.

- Process vendor payments in line with project milestones and company policies.

- Support billing processes including payment applications and lien waivers.

- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accounting accuracy.

- Generate project-level and company-wide financial reports for management.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally in construction or infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of AP/AR and general accounting principles.

- Experience with Spectrum is required; familiarity with Procore or similar construction platforms is preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Schedule

- Full-Time | Monday to Friday

- Flexible hours based on project and team needs.

Work Location

- Remote – Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
