Accounting Specialist

We are searching for an Accounting Specialist to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success story. This position will primarily work in Accounts Receivable, but will provide backup support to our Treasury team when needed. About the Role

- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism in all communications.

- Process payments and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer inquiries.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely documentation.

- Monitor workflow and proactively report collection challenges.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold confidentiality.

- Reconcile payments and support daily cash management, including bank reconciliations and forecasting.

- Serve as backup for treasury functions during peak periods or absences.

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems like IFS is a plus).

- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to follow standardized procedures and adapt to new systems.
