The Finance and Accounting Department at DOWL is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and meeting all compliance requirements. The department consists of a high performing team that plays a vital role in sustaining the company’s profitability and operational success. The team supports both corporate operations and project specific functions, working across the organization to provide full cycle accounting services, reporting, and forecasting.
As an Accounting Specialist, your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, including invoice preparation, cash receipt processing, project reporting, project setup and maintenance in Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint, and special assignments that support both corporate functions and project-specific needs. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections, assist with audit preparation, and serve as a knowledgeable resource across accounting functions.
