Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking a temporary Accounting Intern to support our Accounting team in Grand Rapids. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations within a professional services environment and is ideal for a motivated student who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The role is well-suited for someone who enjoys both working with data and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
About the Opportunity Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting team with day-to-day tasks and special projects
- Support basic accounting functions, including bank reconciliations and financial data review
- Review data to identify vendors, contacts, and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Help create and maintain a basic vendor list, including Accounts Receivable contacts
- Organize and improve accounting-related processes by creating structure and documentation
- Scan, file, and maintain financial records in both electronic and paper formats
- Operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support overall department operations

The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
