BFC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist with a backlog of reconciliations and transaction tracking. This role is essential in helping our team reconcile at least three months of bank records across multiple branches, as well as manage E-Business income and credit card transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and experienced in multi-branch accounting workflows.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience performing accurate and timely bank reconciliations and managing financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
•Process and record financial transactions into accounting software.
•Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
•Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances.
•Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
•Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
•Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
•High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
