COOEC Canada Company Ltd. is a Calgary-based EPC Company. We are increasingly growing in the oil and gas field and specializing in engineering, design, and construction management. Currently, we are executing a wide range of SAGD, refinery, facility, pipeline, and multiple EPC projects. Continuously developing in Canada and worldwide is a part of COOEC business development strategy, and we are open for the suited talents to join, work and grow along with COOEC CA together.
Key Responsibilities:
•Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems.
•Code, total, batch, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements in a ledger or computer system.
•Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.
•Prepare period or cost statements or reports.
•Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, and price lists.
•Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
•Create and manage a systematic filing system.
•Prepare documents for the company Accountant or for Internal Auditors
•Compile data for income tax returns.
•Other duties as required by the manager.
What You Will Bring:
· Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 2+ year of experience in a similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $50,000 to $56,000 per year (negotiable based on your experience, qualifications).
